Knowledgeable teacher and perfect mid morning class start time. I also like that the class was at least 75 minutes long. I find 60 minute classes or less are too short for the true meditative quality of the practice. I would love to see more 75 or 90 minute classes (especially because students are restricted to one class per day with covid restrictions). Thank you.
I love the studio
The practice was very relaxing and easy to follow! It allowed myself to challenge myself and go at my own pace. Everything was also very clean and I felt very safe during these crazy times
