The teacher was fun and knowledgeable. The environment and the room are inviting. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

I found it very relaxing....the instructor in no way pushed anyone. She continually reminded us that whatever point in the position she was doing, it is important that we go only as far as remain comfortable for us.
