Great atmosphere ! Only thing I would change is to limit class sizes .. anything over 15 people is too tight. Can’t stretch properly.

Taiesha is a great teacher, well informed and delivered the instructions at a good pace. I felt very sore when I had arrived and left feeling more open and stronger. It was very heeling. PS- I don't think I paid, but I will.
