First time I've seen forest bathing offered locally & it was refreshing and amazing! Susan is very knowledgeable about nature which was an added plus. She was an amazing guide from picking the trail to quietly pointing out things that I may not have noticed otherwise. Felt great the rest of the day too, an inner calm and happiness!
