I attended restorative yoga and reiki followed by tea session and it was INCREDIBLE. I really hope there are more added to the schedule as we could benefit from this weekly practice. It was so well done and we all left feeling better. Between the restorative yoga and reiki I felt like I had an hour long massage when I left. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
