This is my third time coming to the yoga studio and I have had really positive experiences each visit. I recently brought my mom with me and she also really enjoyed the Restore & Flow class. The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and patient and Sarah is also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Balance Yoga & Wellness to anyone looking for a yoga studio!
