• The class was exactly what I needed. I’ve been going through a hectic life transition that pulled me away from my practice, and this felt like the perfect way to return. The flow struck a great balance—it challenged me while still allowing me to move at my own level. Rob was incredibly supportive, especially when I worked on my headstand for the first time in months. He created a space where I felt safe and confident, and I was able to successfully get up into it. My niece came with me and has already signed up for next week—and I’m really hoping I can join her again!
