I've been a monthly member of Balance since it opened. I really love going and feel so much better when I don't miss. I go a minimum of twice a week. Besides monthly they have a really flexible package to buy for someone that might not have as much "time" to go on a regular basis!

I absolutely love the Barre and Sculpt classes offered at Balance. I live out of state, and when I come to Wichita Falls the first thing I do is purchase my punch card and get my sweat on. This studio is such a great addition to my hometown.@

I love how the classes at Balance make me feel strong physically and mentally. The instructors are wonderful, and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
