It’s a great studio, and the instructors are very friendly. I love that the classes are challenging, but you can modify the exercises to your fitness level and still get a great workout.

The best variety of workouts out of all of the barre studios I have been to. Freedom to modify exercises when needed.. the instructors are creative with workouts and it doesn't feel staged like some other barre studios do. The studio is beautiful, I love the virtual platform when I can't make it in. Whether it be a livestream class or recorded I always get a good workout! No excuses!
