I am approaching 50 and never been in better shape! Best workout place ever. Never boring. Always something new. Instructors are experts in their field. Would recommend to anyone looking for physical challenge, great community, and fun atmosphere.

The coach was great. She was welcoming, friendly and very informative. I thought the studio was pretty warm, but maybe that's intentional. The snacks and cold water were lovely.
