• I have really appreciated getting such outstanding instruction- I didn't expect it to be possible over zoom. The teachers are great. I have been doing Iyengar yoga since 1993 and have taken classes around the country. I have had a terrific experience at IYILA. I do favor specific teachers over others, but I have something to learn from each teacher and I appreciate them for all I have learned.
