You always give first rate workshop with first rate instructors. I enjoyed Nikki's class in particular and she infused some movements and jumpings into the practice that really released the adhesions in my stiff joints.

As an Iranian resident who lives in Iran and due to the sanction that doesn't let us participate the overseas classes to use the different courses ... During this pandemic the free community workshops are great situations for me to make the most of Iyengar yoga teachers experiences .
