Variety of classes with well presented, good instructions, great video quality.
The huge amount of dedication and work that goes into offering (free) classes with fantastic teachers is beyond inspiring. Many of us have been benefiting from what otherwise would have been (financially) out of reach. The integrity and groundedness in yoga of your studio is exemplary in many ways. I hope, that we all learn from way IYLA presented itself in times of crisis and else, so that we too can contribute to a great community.
The fact that inquiries sent via email haven't been respoded to are a minus, but the great quality of classes and well qualified teachers still justify recommendations without hesitation.

Registration was easy. I liked the follow up email and information. Receiving the link an hour before was brilliant. The class with Nikki Costello was excellent. I liked the way she incorporated a theme 3 R’s into her teaching while bringing us through the asanas.

Nikkie's clarity and wisdom is amazing. I loved the rhythm, repeat and repose. Very cool.

The quality of teaching is really great and I love what you do for global yoga community. I appreciate that pandemic pushed us to connect and reach further, creating opportunities for people who don’t have Iyengar yoga around. The way you paved this opportunities are really amazing!

There is always a high level in the teachers at IYILA. The fact that the Sunday yoga workshop is free is so generous to those who can't afford lessons.
