Great experience! I think that the sequence as well as the explanations were great! It was a first time experience to attend a bilingual class. and, by the way, It was the first time I had a class in Spanish, my first language. The explanations in Spanish as well as in English were equally great! It is not easy to timely explain in one language but he did it simultaneously in both. Wow!!!! Congratulations!!!!

Alex is an excellent Iyengar teacher. His calm voice and precise instruction along with giving one alternative pose instead of more or showing off like some teachers do by talking non stop, makes learning and being on zoom a wonderful experience. I felt extremely relaxed and deeply worked - plus, I learned a few words of Spanish!
