Because I love Iyengar Yoga teachers they are very knowledgeable and very well trained to Iyengar yoga teachings. Iyengar yoga has helped me in so many ways mental, physically and spiritually it is my saving grace. I look forward to my practice everyday on zoom with one of your amazing Iyengar teachers!
