I recommend classes with this studio to anyone I know that is interested in exploring and expanding their yoga practice. All the instructors are very knowledgeable, provide excellent instruction, and clear sequencing. Additionally, they all appear to be lovely people. I appreciate that I can get high quality instruction in an online format as I live in a smallish community on the coast of Oregon and would not have this level of access outside of the online environment.
