KOREN is a great teacher who has really mastered the art of helping us all in zoom! Always teaches in steps and cautions about overdoing.

All classes I've taken online were great. The instructors have been fabulous, very clear on the instructions, demonstrating the set up and the poses, and willing to answer questions and give advice when needed. Wonderful experience, and thankful for the opportunity of doing this from home!

It wss a great class. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The instructor helped to adjust to every level so you could practice at your own level..Great class!
