• Myotherapy - Could feel almost instant release of tight muscles, felt comfortable, i received helpful advice on how to stretch and support myself when exercising. Pilates - I feel comfortable in classes and confident that my instructor will correct and offer support when i have shared information about soreness. I can feel my body getting stronger with consistent practice.
