• 11/10. Lenora was incredible. She was extremely personable, and welcoming. From the outset she created a safe place to talk. It was so refreshing to have a human experience, in a clinical setting. I appreciated all the laughter and information about my body she shared with me. She provided helpful post care advice. Will definitely be booking again.

• Sade is such an awesome instructor, the environment she creates, she's super attentive + has the best cues about positioning (to a level that I don't get in other studios, noting I haven't had one of your other instructors yet). Will miss her when she's gone 😔 I also like that it's a smaller studio than some, it feels more intimate and the people that come feel a little more friendly than at other studios - people actually talk to and acknowledge others in the class here!
