You guys have been able to get me in on relatively short notice. Both Jamie and Benjamin are incredible. I haven't worked with your other therapists yet, but they were both very informative and engaged with me and really listened to me when talking about my body and pain. I have chronic, severe back and joint pain due to osteoarthritis and Benjamin gave me a lot of great tips for self care as well as personal training options he felt would benefit me. Awaken for wellness is definitely a part of my healthcare routine now.
