Amanda is a great teacher and is excellent at guiding beginners like me through all the Yoga sequences. If you're a beginner and are on the fence about where to go, then choose Authentic. I'm glad I did!

Authentic Yoga lives up to its name. The owner, the teachers and even us students show up as our "Authentic Selves" to better ourselves. I love the space that Amanda has created for us Yogi's to come and Just BE. I love that we can show up and know that this space is safe and non-judgmental. Whether you are new and know very little or are experienced and just want a place of authenticity, I'm grateful that we can ALL be in a space of love and gratitude. I have learned so much from Amanda and even more about myself when I'm on my mat.
