Shawn does an awesome job! I feel great after my sessions. It has pushed me to work really hard and I feel a huge feeing of accomplishment when it's over. The facility is clean, smells good and normally feels just right for the class sizes. I have less anxiety and more motivation when I leave these sessions. They start my week out great!
