  • I find the intentional combination of plyometric, functional, agility, and isolated strength training to be the most effective gym training available for full body fitness. And, for youth to also learn proper weight resistance machines as a portion of the training may help inspire and motivate good habits in the future regardless of whether they play a sport or not.
