Personable trainers, fantastic all around fitness classes that are challenging! I attend 5-6 days per week. The facility is top notch and always improving. The desk staff are busy, but make time for you and are well informed. The location I go to is a bit far ( about 20 miles) but it's worth the drive. You can do your own workouts, but the well planned classes are hard to beat. They allow a free week to give them a try. Take it.Jerry C.

I love ATH. I have lost over 60 lbs and have enjoyed ever min. of working out there. If it weren't for Coach Whitney and Demonte I would not be there. These people were so patient with me and really pushed me to another level. All the coaches are great, I love coming in and seeing my ATH family.
