The experience was great. It was a big class so I would maybe do a more intimate class like private classes but I do like the group class as well. I love how I got a follow up phone call on how I was doing after the class. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and the encouragement is great. Even when you feel like you suck, I felt someone cheered me on so that was nice.

I felt like the Instructor was patient and exited and eager to teach the class and was able to give the one on one time needed. Was able to break things down into simple form. Really welcoming and supportive and really about about self love and helping build confidence.
