• I’m so happy I found this place. Pole has been just what I needed to focus on my health. Since I’ve started going to pole class, my mental health has improved so much and I am stronger physically. Erin has been an amazing instructor and makes sure to check in on everyone during class and provides support and encouragement. 10/10 would recommend!
