• From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the time I left the building, I was treated with sincere kindness. For the first time in a long while, it seemed as though I may really get to the bottom of my ailment and find some relief. I felt that Dr. Shauna and the entire staff really cared and wanted to help me figure this thing out. That was so refreshing, as I have been dealing with this for so many years with so many dead ends. I have been waiting to see specialists for close to a year with the hassle of referrals, insurance issues, and rude office staff. My experience at Assertive Wellness was the complete opposite. It was such a pleasant experience! It is early in my treatment, but I am seeing some remarkable results after just a couple of days. I am very quickly becoming a powerful believer in Dr. Shauna and in naturopathic medicine, which I never would have predicted for myself.
