• Well,first off my right knee was to the point of feeling like I was going to pass out when any pressure was applied. And bending my leg up was quite painful. After the Cryotherapy I didn't feel too much of a difference . But a few hours later I would say it was about 70% better . Now, the next morning I am pleasantly surprised to be able to kneel on it without pain. I am excited to continue and see my lower back and neck pain disappear as well. I don't have low energy or sleep problems so I can't comment on those. But my head felt clearer and more focused.😁
