I felt welcomed and my presence appreciated as my instructor Versandra has a very nurturing and mellow style that guided me towards an emotion of tenderness for myself, to be able to focus on myself.
She kept to the basics which is great for me, as it definitely reignited the spark on my yoga pathway .

The instructors are so attentive
I thought Mo was really energetic and funny! She mentioned that this was her first workshop and I could see her trying to adjust her approach to see what was best suited for the class, which was cool. I think it was hard bc there were so many first timers and trying to teach them the basics while also keeping it exciting for the intermediates. My husband is extremely self conscious of his dancing and wasn't expecting to change partners so much. I found it fun but we didn't get to connect as much as we'd hoped- but we went home and practiced the routine and it was a lot of fun! Def would attend another workshop or might join the weekly classes!
Great instructor. Welcoming and calm environment. You get what you paid for and more.
