The overall experience was amazing! I felt a sense of relief once I entered.
It was different. Being in the Military we are taught Endurance and not Flexibility. This Yoga class allowed me to stretch, and release. Also to have fun!!
Elise was great and let me go at my pace and did not make me feel bad about being overweight and not flexible. Felt so much better after.
