Great location and the belly dance instructor is fabulous.
Owner is very welcoming and encouraging. Class was intentionally design to be a wholistic yoga practices focusing not only on the asanas but other yogic principles as well.
Instructors are great. Really like Elise ‘s Monday 9:30 class.
