Christopher is the epitome of 'zen'. I really felt balanced and appreciate how comfortable and inviting his space is. This studio is the perfect place for me to continue to explore and pursue my spiritual and physical health journey.

I've now attended two Bikram (hot) yoga sessions at Art of Yoga. Recent Flare-ups from fibromyalgia have made it a challenge for me to keep up with my lifting routine, this leaves my body in a place of angst and stress. Jiujitsu has been my saving grace but I needed more. Between Christopher and Brian, I've had the best two Bikram yoga classes I've experienced since a retreat I went to, nearly a decade ago; at Joshua Tree in Cali. If you're looking for a place to grow and be inspired to be the best version of yourself, if you're tired of saying you're going to take better care of yourself and you're ready to commit, at least commit to one class! The place to go in Columbus is: Art of Yoga. As a reiki practitioner and LMT, I appreciate the knowledge and experience that both of these devoted instructors have to their clients, and the knowledge they have armed themselves with, of the human body. Happy to have found such a great Yogi tribe!

The studio had a nice ambience, the temperature was ideal, and practice was a perfect combination of accommodating and challenging. The extra touches, like the peppermint infused cold towel and hot tea, were a lovely bonus as well.
