the place has wonderful instructors who never make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed if your form isn't absolutely perfect. They also always remember my name even if I've only had one class with them . I also think the little things they do (hot stones , lavender mint iced wet towels, tea for after, all of the yoga equipment available for use , etc ) are very enjoyable and refreshing In partnership with a great practice they teach. Wonderful studio. Would recommend to anyone
Christopher was great to woŕk with he provided clear instruction, was patient and very aware of my limitations allowing modifications as needed. Very relaxing for tension I carry in my shoulders.
