The experience was everything and more of what I expected. The environment was calming and suitable for the class provided. The warmth and aroma of the studio was inviting. It was clean. Chris was kind and attentive. I enjoyed the recharge, reset with the stretching. It was very conducive to my learning of Chakra and energies

I was so nervous because I've never done yoga, BUT Christopher put me at ease and I enjoyed every minute.
My first time ever attending a yoga class and Miss Elise was so great. She was so patient and spoke so clearly and calmly . I will definitely be attending more of her classes because I love her energy .
