I always feel right at home at Art of Yoga. It is one of my favorite things about Columbus!
I loved the slowness, methodical and deliberate poses. Chris was so good and leading me step by step. I have muscle and joint pain (apparently) and am only a little sore on the back of my legs. And that's ok!
We always enjoy our classes at the art of yoga and Christopher is the best!!

Greatly enjoyed myself, trap yoga was unique and felt very right for me, its been very meditative taking classes with you all throughout the first month of this year.
