Christopher was an excellent yoga instructor with a wealth of knowledge. Even though I've had a practice for years, I still learned something new. The class was perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. And the atmosphere made it a tranquil, lovely experience.
I loved the hot yoga class and I can't wait to take another class with you all.
The instructor was extremely relatable and knowledgeable ! She made me feel comfortable and I had a lot of fun !
