My reason for scoring a 10 are the following: instructor, the yoga and meditation techniques that we do and it is always encouraging not fast pace extremely rewarding and relaxing; inviting to go back and prepare for the week ahead.
Every person was warm and inviting. They made me feel comfortable as a first timer. Each person was extremely helpful and made sure I knew there was no judgements. The instructor gave great visual instruction that was easy to follow. Having never don't yoga it was everything I had imagined and more. Freeing, self awareness, spiritual, enlightening and whole.
The class is amazing! The teacher is always so wonderful, great energy and very helpful
