I took a warm and gentle class with Chris, and he always amazes me on how gifted he is in creating this beautiful energy in the room. He truly creates a space to heal. Thank you Chris for sharing your wonderful gift with all of us 🙏
Great people, environment and experience
I suffer from chronic back pain. It also effects my sleep. I went last night to a yoga class... I slept so great last night and my pain was significantly reduced when I woke up this morning. I plan on getting a membership.
