The vibe of the Art of Yoga is amazing! It's great to be around and share positive energy. The instructors educate newcomers as they share their Flow. Even though I most times prefer to doing Yoga alone, Art of Yoga is where I feel safe to share and receive energy! Ashe'
I loved my class/instructor and the friendliness of all those who attended. It was very welcoming & a beautiful serene inviting energy/space. You’ve done a great job…better than when I first started going years ago. I’ve returned and love the selection of class offerings. Feels like home.
