The Art of Yoga has a very welcoming environment, especially for beginners like me. Christopher was genuine and I felt connected to meditation for the first time.
Chris is always pleasant and amazing. The grand opening was dope and for him to do it on his birthday showed his dedication to this beautiful experience.
I've been to many yoga studios and had many different instructors, but Christopher is by far the best. The whole vibe of his studio and classes is so comfortable and welcoming. He has the ability to spread his calm energy and eliminate outside stress and pressure. The classes flow so smoothly and I get so much out of it. So grateful for him and his studio!
