Monday with Elise is absolutely great and Jennifer and Naomi are the only two other ladies that I have had classes with and they are very good. Chris is very good but the music is so loud I can't understand what his instructions are and a little too much philosophy for me. A small amount is wonderful but not too much. That's just me and I hope I spelled names correctly. Thanks for asking
Lakesha reached out to me and told she was a certified yoga instructor now. She was professional, prompt, very clean and serene environment, and I was comfortable as this was my first actual yoga class
