Cozy relaxing environment, great instructor, small class size. As a beginner it was not too difficult, but the instructor offered options with each movement and pose that could make it more challenging for experienced students. Enjoyed every minute!
We have been meaning to give the Art of Yoga a try since we moved here and finally got the opportunity this weekend. We have been to other studios for hot yoga, but the experiences aren't even comparable. The vibe of this studio and class in general was something we haven't experienced before. We loved the music, the atmosphere, and the overall challenge of the class. We left feeling open, lighter, and ready to come again.
Excellent instructors and environment
very nice instructor, so relaxing, the instructor knew i was a beginner and was giving tips for easier poses through his practice. love the cold towels!!
