I felt welcomed and my presence appreciated as my instructor Versandra has a very nurturing and mellow style that guided me towards an emotion of tenderness for myself, to be able to focus on myself.
She kept to the basics which is great for me, as it definitely reignited the spark on my yoga pathway .
