• Due to some administrative error I believe, Zula was not prepared for an 11 am client! Totally no fault on her part in that the switch from 1215 to 1100 was made by a phone call that I received the day before but it did not appear on her screen! Luckily she came in early and was able to complete the treatment in the alotted time though we did start 15 minutes late! It was confusing.
