• Need to be escorted back to the changing room and needed help with the locker. Slippers are uncomfortable. Front desk did not inform the customer that they should arrive 15-20 minutes early.

• Everything was amazing: from the atmosphere with soothing lighting, relaxing background music and beautifully decorated interior to the quality of service I received where everything was about me. I was gently guided through all of the treatments with explanation of each and at every point I felt truly cared for and pampered. I have pretty high standards when it comes to spa services and Aria makes me truly satisfied. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
