• Caitlynn is the MOST AMAZING artist I’ve ever had do my eyelash extensions. I’ve had extensions for over 9 years now and recently switched to Arch Brow from another salon. I found Caitlynn / Arch Brow by googling Volume Lash Extensions. She is the most efficient and talented artist to ever do my lashes. Her work is so precise and beautiful, that it seems unreal to me that I found her on my first attempt of switching artists. I’ve referred every person that compliments my lashes to Caitlynn. My experiences checking in and out of Arch brow every 2-3 weeks is so wonderful because of the receptionist, Albs. I can’t even really rate the service I get at Arch Brow by these two specific employees because it would be off the charts! Thank you for having such consistently friendly staff!!!!

• I realized due to all that was in my plate I would not make the 3:30 pm appointment and sent a notice to cancel that appointment. I did not cancel the 4:00 pm appointment for my granddaughter as I knew we would make that one and we did. Despite that, your time permitted you to do my brows as well. I appreciated that, and we were both happy with our brows and have scheduled appointments for later dates. Thanks for the good work and good customer service!

• I absolutely love this place! Falisha does a great job and takes her time. I appreciate the education on how to manage my brows between waxing. And the products used and sold are well researched and quality products! I get many compliments on my brows and I immediately had them a card!!
