• Teyah is amazing. She listened to what I wanted and most importantly listened to what I did not want. My eyebrows are perfect and I can finally leave the house with confidence. The tint is exactly what I wanted. She is super professional, talented, friendly and keeps great conversation. You just feel good in her presence. This was my first time with Teyah and I would absolutely refer her and I most definitely will be going back! Best eyebrow wax/tint I can remember!!!! 222 thank you Teyah!!!!

• I LOVE my lashes, semi obsessed!! It’s a very relaxing experience going to my appts , and everyone is so happy and so nice!! Great customer service!! And I get tons of compliments on my lashes!! So many people thing they are real?!?!? And that’s how great Arch really is! Would highly recommend!

• Arch is THE best place to go for your pampering needs. Their perfectionism and attention to detail is like no other. I can honestly say that when they hand me a mirror after an appointment I'm thinking " waste of time - I know I'm perfect!" I started with Falisha years ago when she worked for other spas. I'm very particular and would see no one but her. After she opened Arch I knew she was handpicking and training amazing talent, but I knew no one would stand up to her work in my eyes . Arch offered a free wax for a "model" under Falisha's training; hesitantly, I took advantage of that offer. Let me tell you that Falisha's passion for her work shines through those she chooses to allow into her business. I know that if I'm pressed for time I can see anyone's at Arch and I will be walking out of the salon on point. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.

• I have heard only great things about Arch Brow Studio for awhile now and I am so glad I finally went in; not only did I get the best brow wax and tint I have ever had, but I immediately felt comfortable with the chic atmosphere and at home with the friendly front desk associate and esthetician (Heather). According to the website Heather is a Level 2 Artist... looking at her work, level 2 must mean a 10/10 result! I usually spend a few minutes working my brows with makeup to get them how I want them, today I didn't touch them at all and they look AWESOME!

• Once again, I am absolutely amazed by the service, knowledge and friendly atmosphere of Arch. I am always impressed by every aspect of the salon. The place is stunningly beautiful but still laid back and the whole staff is super professional but also super friendly and easy going. Arch is a perfect combination of glamour and relaxation. Heather is not only super talented and practically magical with her results but she is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the service and products and she made the whole process of getting my first lash extensions beyond easy. I will never go to another place for any of the services Arch provides. I am so impressed by them that they have earned my loyalty.

• Caitlynn is the MOST AMAZING artist I’ve ever had do my eyelash extensions. I’ve had extensions for over 9 years now and recently switched to Arch Brow from another salon. I found Caitlynn / Arch Brow by googling Volume Lash Extensions. She is the most efficient and talented artist to ever do my lashes. Her work is so precise and beautiful, that it seems unreal to me that I found her on my first attempt of switching artists. I’ve referred every person that compliments my lashes to Caitlynn. My experiences checking in and out of Arch brow every 2-3 weeks is so wonderful because of the receptionist, Albs. I can’t even really rate the service I get at Arch Brow by these two specific employees because it would be off the charts! Thank you for having such consistently friendly staff!!!!
