• The class was well planned with extremely effective stretching methods. It was so good the hour went by in a flash! The next day, muscles told me they were stretched but not in a lot of pain by being pushed past their limit. When we relocate I will look to come to more classes for flexibility and try others offered at the studio. Instructor was friendly and inviting which made a visitor feel included…. Thank you so much!
