• Very warm and welcoming from start to finish. The instructor ensured personal attention, despite a full class My only "criticism " would be that perhaps the capacity was a bit much for availability of the poles. I'm not sure if this is typical, it's not a deal breaker but it would be nice to be able to get through the exercises without feeling rushed as you're sharing the pole/spaces.
