Every time I come in for a class with Nafisa, I usually feel so reluctant--but it's only because I KNOW her class is going to kick my butt every time. I SO appreciate the detailed instruction to guide our bodies into the right place & alignment. After class is finished, I always feel so accomplished and glad I followed through with taking it! LOVE the level of heat in this class!!!!
Please keep the Sunday 9 am class— it’s the best and easiest to get to
Class was fantastic. Ricks Sunday traditional hot class is so great…. It would be so great to continue to offer that Sunday morning through the summer!
The class was exactly what I needed to work out some kinks in my neck & back. Star is spectacular!
