Best yoga studio ever! The instructors care about the yogis in the class, offer kind, gentle and effective reminders to fine tune proper alignment in the postures. Even when tired and given a simple reminder, I can always refine and change one little muscle group making the posture easier and more effective overall. Organized, clean space. Really really wish there were 90 minute bikrim classes - it is really hard to do the 26 poses like a flow class. Really appreciate your front desk staff who gets everyone into the room on time even when the computer system glitches !
The massage and the masseuse were amazing. I will definitely be returning.
